Dear diary. One of the BIGGEST learning curves I’ve had as a #yogateacher is sharing my own practice. It’s not pretty sometimes. When we monetise our services and create a product, do we allow our natural imperfections to shine through or do we slap on a mask and pretend? After all, when we teach it’s not our practice. Dear diary. Another little clip from the weekend. Had to chuckle at my fancy footwork. Managed to close down the scoring opportunity and force the cross which I guided off to the sweeper. As much as I blow my own horn, I am only as strong as my back line and those dudes were on fire.
