The eagle is a powerful symbol of strength, grace, and freedom. In yoga, we can develop strength and focus by practicing challenging poses like Eagle Pose (Garudasana). This pose requires us to balance on one leg while crossing our arms and hands in a complex way. It takes strength, balance, and focus to maintain this pose, and the more we practice it, the stronger and more focused we will become.
